Viewing the Help Menu
The Help option in the main navigation, as well as the help icon in the top right, shows the Help Menu.
The Help Menu has four sections:
- Custom Help Section. The top of the menu shows the content provided by admins in Company Settings. Any links in this section will open a new tab when clicked.
- The Coconut Help Centre and Product Updates buttons are shown when the Support Visibility setting is enabled
- The Support section, with Coconut Support’s phone number and link to submit a support request, are shown when the Coconut Support Contact setting is enabled.
- The Emergency section is only shown to admins.
Configuring the Help Menu
Admins can configure the content of the help menu in Company Settings under Support Information.
The Internal Help Information is where admins can enter any custom support information for their staff. For example, if you want your staff to only contact your internal team for support, you can disable the two settings and enter the contact directions for your internal team in the Internal Help Information section. This section supports links.
