The Issues tab is a concise view of all errors being returned from Exchange when attempting to sync events. It offers a listing of all unique errors affecting your organization’s Integration, as well as the number of affected users and events.
When you first visit the Issues tab, there are two main areas:
- Quick Stats;
- The Issues Table, which allows you to view details regarding individual issues that have occurred in Exchange, and offers solutions for how to fix them.
Much like our other Exchange sections, we offer at-a-glance stats at the top of the page. For the Issues tab, we outline the total number of unique issues, as well as the total number of users and events affected by all current issues.
These stats differ from other pages in that they are not clickable, and do not offer any sort of filtering functionality.
The Issues Table displays all current sync errors affecting your Integration, as well as the number of users and events affected by each unique error. Each record represents a unique error received from Exchange.
By clicking the View button, more details about the error are available.
Clicking on the View button for an issue will bring up more in-depth details about it.
There are two main sections to the Details drawer, besides the issue itself:
- The Issue Context describes the root cause of the issue;
- The Issue Scope displays the number of affected users, as well as affected events. Clicking on those scopes will take you to the Events tab, filtered to display only those users (if you had clicked on the User scope), or the events (if you had clicked the Event scope).
At the bottom of the drawer is a link for How to Fix the selected issue. This links to our Event Synchronization Errors document, which outlines the issue, root cause, and our suggested solution; more specifically it links to the exact error referenced, to save time searching.
