The new Staff Dashboard makes capturing appointment status a seamless part of the process and incredibly easy for staff to update, from “Confirmed” to “No Show” or “Complete” with final Outcome. Learn more
- Get more accurate insights into appointment completion, cancellation and no-show rates. The Confirmed status is not a final state - there is no way to know if that was a Completed appointment or a No Show that wasn’t updated. The Staff Dashboard makes updating to a final status part of the appointment flow.
- Track appointment duration by staff and by service to help standardize service offerings and optimize appointment productivity. The Staff Dashboard provides an appointment flow with Start and Stop states. This provides the data required to report on the real duration of your staff’s engagements with clients.
- Capture the final outcome of appointments so you can better understand your appointment conversion rates and evaluate appointment ROI. Did the staff solve the client’s issue? Did they sell any products in the appointment? The Outcomes module drives staff to track this and will open a whole new type of Insights reporting in Coconut.
