This layout is the original client view layout built to support standard booking flows.
The Classic layout gives you the option of selecting the first step of the appointment booking process as either Locations or Services. The flow outlined here is when Services is the first step.
Services can be categorized into grouped sections for easier browsing. Service categorizations(1) can be expanded to view the applicable services in the category selection. At the top of the page banner clients have the option of selecting their preferred language(2) from one of the 3 available languages shown in the screenshot.
Depending on your settings, you can choose to display all your locations in the location field or disable this so that it only shows the locations based on a search. The location page has Google maps embedded and shows you the pinned locations - these can be selected to view the opening and closing times for the selected location. If you have Lobby Management included to your core account, you'll have the option of displaying the current wait time for each location. This wait time is based on the staff users that are available for walk-in appointments. For more information on Lobby Management please check out our Lobby Management article in this link.
Once the end user selects the preferred service and location the location address and opening and closing hours will be displayed in a small pop-up window, providing the location information for clients.
Next, clients are then directed to the Staff & Time section of the booking process giving the end user the autonomy to book the appointment with your chosen Staff member for your preferred timezone(1), date and time. Clients can navigate(2) through the calendar months to select a suitable date depending on how far in advance you want to book setting. If you're unable to decide a preferred representative, you can also use the "Meet With"(3) selections - this allows you to select the "Anyone" options that picks from a range of staff user that are available or alternatively select the available staff user based on their language accommodation. Also note that you can set a limit on how far in advance your clients can book appointments via the Client view settings.
Lastly, depending on your Client View settings. You can also include the option for clients to Join the waitlist(4) should there not be a preferred date or time available.
Once the date and time has been selected, the next page will now be the "Clients details" page where you'll have the option of entering in your information and confirming the appointment by selecting "Book Appointment".
Once the appointment is booked, you will see a Confirmation page with details about the appointment.
