Business Hours represent the standard hours a location is open for business. These hours will be used to display your open and close times on the client view.
Business Hours are created and archived when the associated location is created or archived. When a new location is created, its business hours default to Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You can adjust Business Hours to apply to one or all locations for your organization by either selecting the appropriate location or clicking the "All Locations" check box.
Note: Business Hours can be only edited, but not archived or created manually.
An Admin can update the Business Hours for any location, and a Manager can update the Business Hours for locations they are assigned to. Admins and Managers can change hours for when a location is open, or closed for a day of the week.
Access Business Hours by navigating to Hours > Business Hours as a Manager or Admin user.
To manage Business Hours click View. Modify the hours in the drawer for each day of the week, and click Save Changes as shown here:
Business Hours represent the base layer for generating availability. If no other hours are configured for your staff, these will represent when all staff assigned to the location are available to take appointments.
Note: All time ranges set for hours represent when the location is available. Anything outside of a time range will be considered closed.
