Buffer Time is a feature that allows you to add additional time to a service duration.
It is an optional feature that allows you to choose from various time selections so that staff have adequate time to prepare for the next appointment.
Buffer Time is included as part of the appointment duration and is not visible to the client nor is it included in the appointment notifications but it is reflected on the schedule.
Note: That if you have an appointment booked right before the closed time the buffer time will not be included and will extend past the closed time. This is due to the client not being included within the buffer time portion of the appointment.
You can access this feature on the Services tab by going to Services > Searching for your preferred service > Click More > Select Buffer Time and select the your preferred buffer time after service.
