The visibility setting allows for control over whether a location, service, or staff can be publicly selected when booking an appointment through the client view.
How to use it
The visibility setting controls whether or not the location, service, or staff can be booked publicly through the client view.
- Public: the record will be bookable by anyone using the client View
- Invite Only: the record will be bookable using the client view only if the client has been given a booking shortcut referencing that location, service, or staff
- Private: the record will never be bookable using the client view
How to set it up
Visibility is set on the location, service, and staff by selecting one of the options: public, invite only, or private.
