Flex Time allows staff and admins to set a preference for the length of specific services. This changes the length of any appointments booked with this staff, from the client view, schedule, and call centre. The duration of the appointment sent in ICS files matches the Flex Time duration.

How to use it
When Flex Time is enabled on a service, then when assigning services to staff, a new dropdown allows admins to set the duration of the service for a specific staff.
Staff can also set the duration for their services from their profile page in the Services tab.
