As of Wednesday November 14th, 2018, your clients will be able to manage their appointments through the text message notifications they receive from Coconut Software.
With this new functionality, clients who have booked appointments with you will be able to cancel or reschedule appointments in real time by following a link sent in their text message notifications.
Currently, your clients can manage their appointment by following a link in their email notifications. They will now be able to follow a link in the texts that will direct them to the same page as their email notifications, allowing them to reschedule or cancel an appointment conveniently on the go.
This change will take effect if your company has text message notifications enabled, and your client has opted in to receive text messages. No action is required on your end.
