Your clients can now sign up to an appointment with a friend
We’ve added a new feature! When booking an appointment through the Client View, additional attendees can be added to the same appointment. This is great if your clients tend to attend appointments with friends or family. All clients who are going to an appointment will receive email and text notifications. It will also allow staff to better prepare for their appointment, by being aware of who they are expecting. Your clients will be able to add as many additional attendees as they'd like!
How To Turn on Multiple Attendees
An account Administrator will have to allow your customers to add additional attendees to their appointment through the Client View. To do so, head over to Company Settings (1). In the Client View (2) tab, select the checkbox for Allow Multiple Attendees (3).
Here’s how this new feature will look in the Client View:
Here’s how this new feature will look in the Staff View. The primary attendee's name will appear in your schedule, along with an Indicator (1) of how many additional customers are expected to attend. When you open an appointment, the attendees will be listed in the Client List (2):
