Removing Staff displayed on the Customer Booking Tool

By default, Coconut Calendar displays the names of available staff on the Date & Time step, allowing customers to select who they would like to meet with for their appointment.

As a business, you have the option to hide the staff picker and the system will automatically assign the appointment to the person available. This will not impact the customer experience as the availability will display a consolidated schedule of all available staff.

Steps to hide the staff picker:

  1. Login to Coconut Calendar
  2. Click the Gear Icon
  3. Choose Company Settings
  4. Click the Client View tab
  5. Check off the box for hide staff picker
  6. Click submit to save.


To view your changes, click on the top right link, "enable online booking" for the customer experience.
