Steps
- From the navigation menu, click Settings
- Click API
- Note the API Key and Secret
- Coconut Suggests: generate a new API Key/Secret pair specifically for Q2 Digital Banking
- Note your Coconut URL
- Example: vendornamehere.coconutcalendar.com
- Click Client View
- Allow online and mobile banking URLs
- NOTE: if you want to use the same Coconut instance in both Q2 Digital Banking sandbox and production, enter both domain URLs
- Share the API Key, Secret, and Coconut URL with Q2 Digital Banking
A note on access and visibility
Admins can access the Settings area of Coconut and view/update the API Key and Secret.
