Common Issues With Google Sync | Solution

Reported Issues:

  • New appointments not being synced into your Google calendar.
  • Not being able to delete or edit existing appointments in your Coconut Calendar.
  • An error message appearing saying that you need to log in again.

 Solution: Re-authorize your account.

To Reauthorize Google Calendar:

  1. Click on the gear icon in Coconut Calendar
  2. Click My Profile.
  3. Go to the Sync tab.
  4. Click the Reauthorize button or the Enable button (if you had disabled Google Sync) and proceed through the Google steps to select your account.
  5. You will receive a green notification that the Reauthorization is complete.
  6. Syncing may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on how busy your calendar is.

 

Please Note:

If you Disabled your Google Calendar Sync and DID NOT Enable it again, please go to your Google Calendar and remove any future Coconut Calendar events before clicking Enable to avoid duplicate appointments appearing in your Google calendar.

If you Disabled your Google Calendar Sync and Enabled it again, please go to your Google Calendar and remove any future Coconut Calendar events before clicking Reauthorize to avoid duplicate appointments appearing in your Google calendar.
