Can I offer different types of services, like online, at the clients location or at my business?

We offer 3 different types of services to better accommodate your business needs. Below is a description of each service type and how it affects the booking process.

1. Here (At Business's Location)
Traditional booking appointments at a location

This is ideal for the traditional bricks and mortar set up where the customer comes to  you. Nothing new here. The customer will see a map and address when the appointment is booked. Also, the location details will be included in the confirmation email.

2. Away (At Client's Location)

This is ideal if you offer mobile services and need to capture an appointment address from your customer. The system will ask for the appointment address from the customer during the booking process. The captured address will be added to the appointment notes in your schedule and included in the email confirmation.


3. Remote (Online/Phone)
This is ideal if you provide online or telephone services. When this service type is indicated, we do not ask or display any location information. We do include a note asking the customer to reference their confirmation email for  instructions on how to connect.


How do I check my services to ensure they are set up accurately?

  • Click on Manage
  • Click on Services
  • Edit the service you wish to update
  • Select the correct service type
