How do I change my availability so that I am only available certain hours or certain days?

To setup your or your staff's hours to be different than the business hours do the following:

Click on the Manage tab.

Hover over the Hours button.

Select By Staff from the dropdown.

You can then select your name or a staff members name and then determine the period of time you would like to offer these hours.

From there you can now select the days and hours you will be available.

Click Save to create your record.

A couple things to note:

Once the selected End Date has passed your staff hours will revert to the Location (Business) Hours.

Records for the same person at the same location cannot overlap.  

If you are on vacation and work from multiple locations you will need to make a record for each location with your vacation days.

You can create repeating records.
