*New - Missed Appointment Notification

Send no show clients an email letting them know they've missed their appointment and give them the ability to reschedule?

Admins must enable missed notifications

1. Click the Gear icon

2. Select Company Settings

3. Select the Notifications tab

4. Check What missed notifications would you like to send? Email

Sending Missed Appointment Notification 

1. Open appointment 

2. Change the appointment status to No Show

3. Make sure to check the Notify Client and/or Staff box

4. Save
